Before we start painting, areas are either power washed or hand washed to remove dirt and mildew.

Surface Preparation

We have to check all loose paint is scraped away and all glossy surfaces are scuff sanded. All gaps are caulked to prevent water intrusion.

Primer

Repaired areas are primed, and premium quality paint is applied to a uniform finish.

Cleaning

Cleanup is done daily, as well as at the completion of our work. Paint chips are removed and all our materials are packed up and stored neatly.

Inspect

After our own inspection, you are invited to inspect our work.

Set Up

Items are placed in the center of the room and covered with clean, new plastic sheeting. All floors are protected with drop cloths or plastic.

Prepare

Based on your request we have to touch up the walls and ceilings with durabond or joint compound like screw holes, drywall cracks, we also have to sand all walls before we start painting.

Primer

Cleaning

Base on your request Furniture and accessories are moved back to their desired locations. Floors and carpets are vacuumed and swept. All of our materials are removed.

Inspect

After our own inspection, you are invited to inspect our work.
